General Terms and Conditions (T&C) – Bed & Breakfast Les Champs Gallone
1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relations between the bed and breakfast Les Champs Gallone and any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Client") making a reservation.
2. Reservations
Reservations can be made by phone, email, via our website or through partner booking platforms.
Any reservation is considered firm upon receipt of a written confirmation (email or letter).
The owner reserves the right to require a deposit or a credit card imprint to secure the reservation.
3. Rates
Prices are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT applicable on the day of booking.
Rates are subject to change without notice. However, confirmed reservations will not be affected by a rate change.
The tourist tax, not included in the rates, is to be paid on site.
4. Payment terms
Payment is made upon the client’s arrival or departure, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
The following payment methods are accepted: cash, bank transfer, PayPal.
In case of a deposit, it will be deducted from the total amount to be paid.
5. Cancellation/ modification conditions
Any cancellation must be notified in writing (email or letter).
Standard conditions:
Free cancellation up to 14 or 7 days before the arrival date according to the rate validated at the time of booking.
After this period, fees according to conditions will be charged.
In case of no-show, the entire stay will be due.
Special conditions may apply depending on the special offers or booking platforms.
6. Arrival and departure
The rooms are available from 4.00 PM on the day of arrival.
They must be released before 10.00 AM on the day of departure.
Any late check-out may incur additional charges.
7. Use of the premises
The client undertakes to comply with the Hotel’s internal regulations.
In case of degradation, the client may be held responsible and restoration fees will be charged.
8. Animals
Our friends the animals are not accepted
9. Responsibility
The establishment declines all responsibility in case of loss, theft or damage to personal effects in the rooms or common areas.
The client is asked not to leave any valuables unattended.
10. Personal data
The personal information collected is necessary for the processing of reservations.
In accordance with the "Data Protection Act" and the GDPR, the customer has a right to access, modify, and delete their data.
11. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. If this fails, the competent court will be that of the Hotel’s headquarters.
The client can resort to a consumption mediator free of charge.
